Curried Stuffed Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 eggs, hard cooked & chilled
- 2 Tbs p. Sun Brand Tomato Chutney
- 2 Tbs p. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs p. Sun Brand Curry Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
- 12 thin radish slices
Preparations
- Peel and halve each egg lengthwise.
- In a food processor, process yolks, chutney, mayonnaise, curry
& Tabasco until smooth.
- Use a pastry bag with a star tube to pipe yolk mixture into
hollowed whites.
- Garnish with radish slices.
- Makes 12 hors d'oeuvre.
