Curried Stuffed Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs, hard cooked & chilled
  • 2 Tbs p. Sun Brand Tomato Chutney
  • 2 Tbs p. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbs p. Sun Brand Curry Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
  • 12 thin radish slices

Preparations

  • Peel and halve each egg lengthwise.
  • In a food processor, process yolks, chutney, mayonnaise, curry & Tabasco until smooth.
  • Use a pastry bag with a star tube to pipe yolk mixture into hollowed whites.
  • Garnish with radish slices.
  • Makes 12 hors d'oeuvre.
